Coronavirus Update

Here at SFL Wealth Management, we want to extend our thoughts to everybody who has been affected by the COVID-19 crisis. If you are sick, caring for a family member, separated from loved ones or worried about the future, our thoughts are with you.

We’re all having to make big changes to our everyday lives as the country copes with the Coronavirus pandemic.

At SFL Wealth Management, we are doing our part to fight the spread of COVID-19 and keep our employees and their families healthy. Our fantastic team have been effectively working from home remotely. This includes our customer care team, who are all equipped with the tools and systems to continue to provide our customers with the service you expect from us.

Our advisers and care team are all available to help with any questions or queries you may have regarding your pension. Although we face a world crisis, it’s business as usual as we continue to make sure our customers are looked after and have access to our first-class services.

Our financial advisers conduct their appointments over the phone, keeping you and our staff safe. If you have arranged a face to face appointment we can re-arrange it to a telephone appointment for peace of mind. Just get in touch and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We also want to take the opportunity to recognize those in the healthcare community and those who provide support on the front line, whose sacrifice and dedication have been truly inspiring.

Please remember that you also have a role to play. Respect government guidelines on social distancing, together we can all do our part and emerge stronger from the Coronavirus outbreak.

As ever, we are committed to our customers. If you need to contact us regarding anything, please do via our normal channels of communication.

If you need anything at all, we’re still here to help. Stay safe.
