Donna brings more than 20 years of experience within the financial services sector, having worked extensively in paraplanning and client support before progressing into her role as a Financial Planner.

Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of pensions and retirement planning, alongside considerable experience in working closely with clients and providers. She is particularly passionate about helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their financial future.

Donna recognises that pensions and retirement planning can often feel complex or overwhelming. Her approach is therefore centred around explaining things clearly, avoiding unnecessary jargon and taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, priorities and objectives.

Building strong relationships with clients is an important part of Donna’s approach. She prides herself on being approachable, thorough and responsive, ensuring clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the decisions they make.

Outside of work, Donna has a keen interest in health and fitness and is a regular gym-goer. She also enjoys taking on DIY and home improvement projects, from decorating and tiling to spending time in the garden.
